Edith Cowan University (ECU) A$120 million inaugural 10year A$MTN bond issue.
March 2019 – DTW was engaged in a financial advisory capacity. Our role included supporting the University with an assessment and selection of financing counterparties (i.e. bond lead managers, lawyers and administrative roles) and providing the client with oversight of the bond financing (including the preparation of documentation and marketing materials, pricing, execution and settlement).
The oversubscribed inaugural 10 year issue set a new record low 10 year yield for the Australian university sector (3.03%) and was the first A$ debt capital market transaction for a Western Australian University.
